TextHero

Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: October 18, 2026

TextHero (texthero.ai) wants texthero.ai to work for as many people as possible, including people who use a keyboard, screen reader, magnification, or other assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA on the public site and in the signed-in product.

Measures we take

To support that commitment we:

  • set the page language and give every page a descriptive title;
  • provide a skip link to the main content on the public site and in the signed-in layouts;
  • name icon-only controls, including the mobile menu and password show/hide buttons, and keep the menu’s expanded state up to date;
  • associate form fields with visible labels;
  • give informative images a text alternative and hide decorative icons from assistive technology;
  • choose text colors that meet the WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratio for normal text against their background;
  • keep keyboard focus visible on public pages, including form fields and buttons, and use a white focus outline on dark or saturated backgrounds such as the footer, hero, mobile menu, legal header, and testimonial cards;
  • review these pages when we change them, and update the date below after a review.

Known limitations

Some parts of TextHero are provided by other companies. We do not control their markup, and it may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA:

  • Google reCAPTCHA on registration. We hide the badge using Google’s allowed method and show the required reCAPTCHA attribution. Google injects the widget, including a hidden iframe beside the badge. We set title="reCAPTCHA" on that iframe and on other reCAPTCHA frames in the page. The widget is still Google’s and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
  • Stripe payment fields in billing. Card entry is rendered by Stripe.

If you find another barrier, including in the signed-in product, email us and tell us the page and what you were trying to do. We will use that to prioritize a fix.

Help registering

If reCAPTCHA stops you from creating an account, email contact@texthero.ai and we will set up the account.

Feedback

Email contact@texthero.ai. Please include the page address and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
